Nick is the broker at Paniccia Real Estate and has lived in Hide-A-Way Hills for 15 years. Nick has been a member of the Board of Trustees, Social Committee, and Long Range Planning Committee. An avid golfer himself, he spent the last 8 years as Chairman of the Golf Committee.

He and his wife Patty left Detroit 15 years ago to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life. Soon after at the age of 44…WHOOOA…he became a dad. He and Patty can’t think of a better place to raise their son Rocco.

Nick’s background is in banking and sales. Being from Michigan he stresses that he did not live close to Ann Arbor. It did not take long for the family to quit hanging the U of M flag on their deck on Saturday afternoons. After a few years, Nick was even allowed to sit at the bar in The Lodge with the OSU faithful. Just one example how accepting people are in Hide-a-way Hills…even for an Italian from Detroit.

Quite honestly, you’ve probably not met too many realtors like him.
